| I was very happy with the customer service that I received @ my last appointment. With my husband's work schedule, he was unable to be @ the shop for payment, but Susuan was able to get the info for the payment, and was able to process the payment. Also, because I was not able to pick up my suv, Ron parked it back in the bay of his shop so that the vehicle would be safe. THATS GREAT CUSTOMER CARE !!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Ron and Susan are fabulous people. Anyone that can put up with the wise a** remarks from my husband , in my books are great. Also, when I have had problems with the suv, Susan always gets me in as soon as possible. THANKS SUSAN..YOU ROCK....RON , YOU AND CODY ROCK TOO... thanks Luan Dieleman. Ps: need to rebook the pre-trip check....the monday before we go ( third Monday in July...call me on any Monday. thanks) |
